Docshark Subprocessor List

Last updated: June 3, 2026

This page lists service providers (“subprocessors”) that Sharkforce Inc., a corporation incorporated under the laws of Canada (federal), uses to operate Docshark when those providers process personal information on our behalf. The list is updated when we add or replace vendors that handle signer, envelope, or account data. For how we collect, use, and protect personal information overall, see the Docshark Privacy Notice.

1. Categories of processing

We use subprocessors for: identity and organization accounts; application hosting; database and document storage; and transactional email (signing links, one-time codes, completion notices). We may use additional providers for security monitoring, support tooling, or billing that do not access envelope content; those are described at a high level in the Privacy Notice.

2. Current subprocessors

• Clerk (authentication and organization accounts) • Supabase (PostgreSQL database and object storage for documents and sealed PDFs) • Google Cloud Platform (application hosting on Cloud Run) • Resend (transactional email for signing links, OTP codes, and completion notices) Processing locations: infrastructure may be hosted in Canada and the United States depending on the provider. Cross-border safeguards are described in the Privacy Notice.

3. Changes to this list

We may update this page when subprocessors change. For business customers with a separate written agreement, material additions may be subject to notice periods stated in that agreement. Signers and administrators can check this page for the current list at any time.

4. Questions

Contact privacy@doc-shark.com for questions about subprocessors, cross-border processing, or access requests. If an organization sent you a document to sign, contact that organization first for envelope-specific questions.
