What does the free plan include?
Three documents, three active links, one Space, ten signature requests a month, and one seat. Page-level analytics and audit export are included. The plan does not expire.
Are signatures included on the free plan?
Yes. Free includes 10 signature requests a month with the same identity checks, routing, and completion certificate as every paid plan. Send, prove, and sign without paying anything.
Is analytics or audit export locked to higher plans?
No. Opens, per-page sessions, time on page, and audit export are on every plan, including Free. Plans differ on volume only: documents, links, Spaces, signatures, and seats.
How does yearly billing work?
Yearly billing saves about 22%. Starter is $7 a month billed at $84 a year. Team is $23 a month billed at $276 a year. Business is $63 a month billed at $756 a year.
What happens when I reach my document limit?
Everything you already sent keeps working. Links stay live and analytics keep recording. To add documents past the limit, move up a plan. You can change plans at any time.
Do viewers or signers need a paid seat?
No. Viewers and signers never need an account or a seat. Seats are for your team, the people who send documents and read the analytics.
Can I cancel or change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your admin billing settings before the next renewal date. Paid plans renew each period unless you cancel. Everything you already sent stays live; you only lose capacity to add new volume past your plan limits.
What happens to my documents if I cancel?
Active links and completed envelopes keep working for viewers and signers. Your team keeps read-only access to analytics and audit history for documents already sent. Export audit logs before canceling if you need an offline copy. New sends require an active plan or returning to Free within its limits.
