The form they finish is the agreement they sign.

A form that feels like a conversation, one question at a time, in your own colours and fonts. When they submit, their answers fill your agreement and they sign it on the spot. Nothing to export, retype or chase.

  • One question at a time

Visitors see one question, answer it and move on. Pick from twelve kinds of answer, from a short answer to a file upload. A single choice moves on by itself.

  • Your brand, easy to read

Start from a theme or take the colours from your logo. Pick fonts, corners and how progress shows. Text colours show how well they read, with a Fix when they are hard to read.

  • Questions that follow the answers

Show a question only when an earlier answer is, or isn't, what you set. Everyone else never sees it, so the form stays short.

  • Answers fill the agreement

Pick an agreement template. Docshark matches the answers to its fields for you, the name to Name, the email to Email. The visitor confirms a one-time code and signs.

What happens once it's out there

Four things a form handles on its own, from the first scan to the question people leave on.

  • On a poster, a table or a screen.

Every published form gets its own link and QR code. Print the code, and people answer from their phones.

Have a question we did not answer? Talk to us

Do visitors need an account?

No. They open the link, answer and submit. When the form ends in an agreement, they confirm their email with a one-time code before they sign.

What kinds of questions can I ask?

Twelve: short answer, long answer, email, phone, number, amount, date, one choice, several choices, dropdown, an agreement tick and file upload. Any of them can be required.

How do the answers get into the agreement?

Pick a template in the form's settings and Docshark matches each question to a field by what it asks. You can change any pair. Every answer shows filled in when the agreement opens, and the signer can still change it.

Where do uploaded files go?

Into your library, in the folder you choose, along with the signed agreement. If a data room shares that folder, they show up in the room too.

Can I stop taking answers for a while?

Yes. Turn off Accept responses in the settings and the link shows a paused note until you turn it back on. The form stays published.

Does the form work in Arabic?

Yes. It can follow the visitor's language, or you can set it to English or Arabic. Buttons, hints and messages change with it.

How do I know when someone answers?

Turn on email alerts and you hear about new responses, at most one alert a minute. They show in your notifications too, and the answers stay in Docshark.
