Is this signature maker really free?

Do you store the signature I make here?

No. The signature is drawn and saved entirely in your browser. It is never uploaded to docshark, and the file is created on your own device.

Can I type my name in Arabic?

Yes. Type an Arabic name and the handwriting switches to Arabic styles, including Ruq'ah, the hand many people sign in.

Is the background transparent?

Yes. Both files have no background, so the signature sits cleanly on white paper, a coloured form or a dark slide. Use the See-through preview to check before you download.

PNG or SVG: which should I download?

PNG works almost everywhere, from Word to email. SVG is best for websites and design tools, and a drawn signature downloads as true vector lines that stay sharp at any size.

Are electronic signatures legally binding?

Under laws such as ESIGN and UETA in the United States and eIDAS in the EU, an electronic signature is valid when there is intent to sign, consent to sign electronically, and a clear record of the signing. This is general information, not legal advice.
