Overview

This page lists service providers (“subprocessors”) that Sharkforce Inc., a corporation incorporated under the laws of Canada (federal), uses to operate Docshark when those providers process personal information on our behalf. The list is updated when we add or replace vendors that handle signer, envelope, or account data.

For how we collect, use, and protect personal information overall, see the Docshark Privacy Notice.

Section 1. Categories of processing

We use subprocessors for: identity and organization accounts; application hosting and content delivery; database and document storage; transactional email (signing links, one-time codes, completion notices); billing; product analytics, error monitoring, and logging; and AI features (Mako).

Section 2. Current subprocessors

  • Clerk - account sign-in and organization membership
  • Supabase - primary data store
  • Cloudflare - application hosting, content delivery, network protection, and document storage
  • Resend - transactional email for signing links, one-time codes, and completion notices
  • Stripe - billing and payments for paid plans
  • PostHog - product analytics and error reporting
  • Sentry - error monitoring
  • Better Stack - application logging
  • AI model providers - process the text and documents sent to Mako to generate its answers, drafts, and summaries

Processing locations: depending on the provider, personal information may be processed in Canada, the United States, and other countries where that provider operates infrastructure. Cross-border safeguards are described in the Privacy Notice.

Section 3. Changes to this list

We may update this page when subprocessors change. For business customers with a separate written agreement, material additions may be subject to notice periods stated in that agreement. Signers and administrators can check this page for the current list at any time.

Section 4. Questions

Contact privacy@doc-shark.com for questions about subprocessors, cross-border processing, or access requests. If an organization sent you a document to sign, contact that organization first for envelope-specific questions.
