Can I send, track reads and collect signatures in one place?

Yes. Link rules, page-level read proof, data rooms, signer routing and signatures all live on one envelope, so the read history stays on the file they sign.

Is read proof really on the free plan?

Yes. Opens, time on each page and viewer sessions are on every plan, including free. Security scanners and link previews are kept out of the count, so the reads you see are real. Plans differ in volume.

Do recipients need an account?

No. Readers and signers open your link in the browser. You decide who gets in with a password, an allowlist, an NDA and an expiry date, and you can revoke access at any time.

How is this different from a link tracker?

A tracker stops at the read. docshark carries on: an NDA at the door, a data room with rules per file, the reader's name on every page, signatures on the same file, reminders that get it signed, and a certificate anyone can check.

Does docshark have real data rooms?

Yes. An NDA at the door, rules per file, watermarks, questions answered inside the room with a draft from Mako, room analytics, and a link you can edit without sending a new one.

What does the AI actually do?

Mako suggests signature fields with a confidence level, gives signers a short summary, answers their questions from the document with page citations, flags risky clauses, and helps you draft inside the dashboard. It never signs anything.

Can anyone verify a signed document without logging in?

Yes. Every completed document is sealed with a certificate carrying hashes of the final file and the audit log. Anyone can check it on the public verify page.

Does it work in Arabic?

Yes. The dashboard, the reading page and the signing page all work in Arabic, and Arabic templates for an NDA, an offer letter, a contractor agreement and a sales order come with every workspace.
