Do marks change the document?
No. Marks sit on top of the page for that reader. Your file, its watermark and its protection stay exactly as you set them.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. The toolbar fits the screen, one finger draws, and two fingers move the page.
How does the reader get my answer?
By email, to the address they asked from. They open it in Docshark, see every answer in one place, and can follow up in the same thread. The whole thread stays on the room's record.
Can Mako draft my answer?
Yes. Mako reads what the reader marked and the room's own documents, then drafts a reply with the pages it used. You check it, edit it if you like, and send it. Nothing reaches the reader until you do.
Can the reader reply to my answer?
Yes. They follow up under your answer, in the same thread, and the question reopens in your room's Q&A so nothing slips.
